AMI is making a range of materials available to educators, schools and families. AMI grants permission for the use of these materials for educational purposes with children, provided that all due care is taken not to make the materials publicly or commercially available. AMI understands that the use of these material by educators and schools may include their use on remote learning environments and online learning platforms.
Breach of Copyright Statement
First and foremost, it is AMI’s intention that the resources on this website are made freely available to schools, educators and families.
AMI has been made aware that individuals and groups, having removed the AMI logo, are unlawfully selling these resources for their own profit. Where such conduct comes to AMI's attention it will seek appropriate legal remedy.
This unethical and unlawful conduct not only deprives schools, educators and families of much needed free resources, but is a breach of AMI’s copyright and the copyright of any other parties that have licensed the use of the images to AMI. These third parties may also, independently, pursue legal action.
Please let AMI know if you are aware of any of these fraudulent activities.
